Responsibilities:
– Build and assemble cabinets according to specifications and blueprints
– Install cabinets in residential and commercial settings
– Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and finish cabinet components
– Repair and restore existing cabinets
– Collaborate with designers and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
– Proficiency in cabinet making techniques and processes
– Experience with CNC machines for precision cutting
– Knowledge of different materials used in cabinet making, such as wood, laminate, and veneer
– Familiarity with various construction techniques, including concrete forming and drywall installation
– Ability to use power tools safely and effectively
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
– Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the cabinet making process
– Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
