Job duties and responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the best machining methods and parameters
- Create and edit CNC programs using Biesse works software and other tools
- Set up and operate the Biesse works with skill 1536GT machine according to the program and instructions
- Monitor the machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect and measure the finished products and compare them with the requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or errors that may occur during the machining process
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine and tools
- Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job requirements and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer/operator, preferably with Biesse works machines
- Proficient in Biesse works software and other CNC programming tools
- Knowledge of CNC machining principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Skill in operating and maintaining the Biesse works with skill 1536GT machine and other CNC equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: – Monday to Friday
