CNC programmer & operator

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the best machining methods and parameters
• Create and edit CNC programs using Biesse works software and other tools
• Set up and operate the Biesse works with skill 1536GT machine according to the program and instructions
• Monitor the machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect and measure the finished products and compare them with the requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or errors that may occur during the machining process
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine and tools
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job requirements and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer/operator, preferably with Biesse works machines
• Proficient in Biesse works software and other CNC programming tools
• Knowledge of CNC machining principles and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Skill in operating and maintaining the Biesse works with skill 1536GT machine and other CNC equipment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: – Monday to Friday

Experience: – Machine Operator: 2 years (required)
