Flexographic Printing Press Operator

Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Flexographic Printing Press Operator

We are looking for a skilled and reliable printing press operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining Mark Andy and Aquaflex flexographic presses, producing high-quality labels and packaging products for our clients.

Responsibilities –

• Set up and operate Mark Andy and Aquaflex flexo presses
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the presses, and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
• Monitor and adjust the ink flow, color density, alignment, registration, and pressure as needed
• Inspect and measure the printed products, and ensure they meet the client’s expectations and requirements
• Clean and organize the press area, and follow the safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in operating Mark Andy and Aquaflex flexo presses
• Knowledge of flexographic printing processes, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
• Communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
