Job description
Duties–
– Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
– Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
– Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases
– Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping using systems such as Ceridian, ADP, Kronos, or SAP
– Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates and coordinating recruitment events
– Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
– Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications –
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
– Proven experience in HR or related administrative role
– Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Ceridian, ADP, Kronos, or SAP
– Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
– Project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
