Duties
– Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
– Set up and load materials onto the machine
– Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
– Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
– Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
– Proficient in operating CNC lathe machines and related tools
– Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
– Experience with programming CNC machines is a plus
– Familiarity with calipers and other measuring instruments for quality inspection
– Knowledge of laser cutting and press brake machines is beneficial
– Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
– Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience – Manual and milling machine 1-2 years ( Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
