Mig/Tig Welder

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF MIG AND TIG WELDING EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a skilled and experienced welder to join our team and work on various metal fabrication projects. You will be responsible for welding metal components using different welding processes and techniques, ensuring that they meet the quality and safety standards of our customers.

Requirements :-

• Knowledge of various welding techniques and materials, such as buffing, sanding, grinding, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics and follow instructions
• Ability to measure and test welded metal surfaces for quality assurance and identify and correct any defects or flaws
• Ability to work with different types of metals and finishes, such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, chrome, etc.
• Ability to operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently, such as polishers, grinders, sanders, drills, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment and perform physical tasks, such as lifting, moving, and positioning heavy metal parts
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE usage and willingness to comply with all safety rules and regulations

As a welder, your duties will include:

• Welding metal components using different welding processes and techniques, such as SMAW, GTAW, MIG, FCAW, etc.
• Working with chemicals and solvents to clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding
• Sorting and labeling welded metal components according to the project specifications and requirements
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of the welding equipment and tools and reporting any issues or problems to the supervisor
• Keeping the work area clean and organized and following the warehouse layout and system
