Responsibilities:
– Operate and monitor milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
– Set up and adjust machine tools and equipment for production runs
– Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
– Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
– Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
– Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
– Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
– Previous experience operating milling machines or similar equipment
– Proficiency in using SolidWorks, lathe, logic controllers, hand tools, CNC, Fanuc, caliper, warehouse, forklift, and machining tools
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
– Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as required
