MUST HAVE MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE OF POWDER COATING
Duties
– Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to various metal parts
– Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
– Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of coatings
– Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired results
– Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or rework
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
– Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for understanding equipment operation
– Experience with machining, assembly, and fabrication processes
– Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment related to powder coating
– Ability to operate a crane for lifting heavy parts (if applicable)
– Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities
– Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
– Welding experience is a plus

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
